The new domains are part of the HSTS preload list, which enforces HTTPS-secured connections by default. This change affects how users connect to services or applications using HTTP, with some clients receiving a 3200 error when attempting to connect via browser. The agent CLI and API have also been updated, introducing changes such as a new `--domain` flag for fully qualified domain names and deprecated flags for subdomains and region configuration. Users can still access their custom domains on the ngrok.io base domain, but may need to make API requests to migrate them to the new Global Network.
