Econsultancy's 2017 Digital Trends report reveals that marketers are increasingly valuing the speed of customer experiences as a key factor in improving and optimizing them. The global survey of over 14,000 professionals shows that making the experience as fast as possible is by far the biggest climber year on year in percentage terms (50% YoY). This highlights the growing importance of realtime technology in delivering next-generation customer experiences and improving messaging and notification experiences.
