Supabase Beta June 2021
Supabase, an open-source Postgres database service, is preparing for another Launch Week on July 26th. In the meantime, they have released new features and updates. These include Vercel integration, allowing users to deploy a Postgres database directly from their Vercel account; Discord logins for community building products; new guides on Postgres Full Text Search, OAuth setups with various platforms, using Javascript inside Postgres databases, and public storage buckets; server restarts in the dashboard; and a table policy editor. They also host weekly live streams called "Build in Public" where they develop projects publicly. Community contributions have been made to enhance logging for PostgREST and fix an XSS bug in Auth0's Next.js library. Upcoming features include more debugging tools, and another Launch Week at the end of July with daily releases.
