Manage traffic on a region-aware API gateway—without the networking

ngrok has introduced a new feature called `conn.server_region` that allows users to conditionally act on traffic based on its region of origin, making it easier to manage traffic on a region-aware API gateway without requiring networking expertise. This variable can be used in Traffic Policy rules to make decisions such as geo-blocking, forwarding traffic to specific regions, and preventing failover to certain regions. The new feature is driven by customer feedback and experience, and allows users to build region-based logic in their API gateways with ease.
