Monitor Viewer Experience Problems with new Customizable Alerts

Mux has introduced a new alerting product that pairs real-time data with flexible alerting conditions, making it easier than ever to operate and monitor video platforms. Users can define alerts for various metrics such as Playback Failure Percentage, median Video Startup Time, Rebuffering Percentage, and Concurrent Viewers (CCV). Alert thresholds can be set according to specific needs, and filters can be applied to track data based on specific criteria. The sensitivity of alerts can also be adjusted by setting the time interval and minimum audience size required for an alert to fire. Mux Data provides alert incident notifications via email, Slack, PagerDuty, and other services.
