Re-run Tests from a Slack Alert

Slack alerts have been updated with a "Re-run test" button, allowing users to manually check if an alert has resolved or is still ongoing. If the issue is resolved, the alert will update with a resolved status. If the alert remains active, it will display the newly observed value. This feature enhances data observability and provides more control over monitoring alerts within Slack.
