Release Assistant: Introducing Automation, Monitoring, and UX Improvements

In October 2023, Release Assistant was introduced to help engineering leaders define their team's best practices as an enforceable workflow applied to every single flag and release. Since its introduction, users have requested more automation and guided workflows for ensuring success in each kind of release. To address these requests, several improvements have been made to the Release Assistant. These include automating the rollout process and monitoring the impact with Release Guardian, making it easier to create and manage release pipelines, defining audiences for each phase's rollout, adding more control through approvals, requirements, notifications, and flag cleanup, and providing documentation on how to get started with Release Assistant.
