LangSmith's Latest Feature: Grouped Monitoring Charts

LangSmith has introduced tag and metadata grouping to its monitoring charts, allowing users to compare metrics of logged traces containing different tags or metadata in their LLM applications. This feature enables users to mark different versions of their applications with unique identifiers and view their performance side-by-side using the new monitoring features. Users can now log traces with custom tags and/or metadata using LangChain, SDK, or API. The grouping feature is useful for testing different LLM providers, A/B testing with revisions, enhancing user experience, and other use-cases.
