Fly is currently looking to hire an Elixir developer advocate to help them explore the potential of using Elixir for building clustered applications, particularly in their hosting platform. The role will involve working on improving the Fly.io UX for deploying and operating Elixir apps, as well as community engagement through examples, blog posts, and outreach efforts. The hiring process is project-based, with candidates being asked to submit a sample project showcasing their Elixir skills. Successful candidates will be offered a larger, paid project to further demonstrate their abilities before potentially joining the Fly team.
