Girts is the Recruitment Lead at DoubleCloud, where he has been since March 2022. He started with the company as one of its first joiners and has played a significant role in shaping its recruitment process. Prior to joining DoubleCloud, Girts had varied experiences including playing tennis, studying law, and working in the recruiting space for companies like Korn Ferry and Google. At DoubleCloud, he enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals, build an international team from scratch, and see the direct impact of his work on the company's growth.
