Employee resource groups aren't the answer, but they're a first step
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are essential for building a great company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion. Leadership that values this specific kind of empathy can help create a culture where diversity has the safety it needs to speak up and be heard.
