Official Buildkite Terraform Provider

On April 7, 2021, Buildkite announced the release of an official Terraform Provider. This move aims to provide better support for customers who use Terraform to manage their infrastructure and have built custom Buildkite providers in the past. The official Buildkite provider can currently manage agent tokens, pipelines, pipeline schedules, and teams as infrastructure as code. The initial version of the provider was developed by Buildkite customer Jarryd Tilbrook (@jradtilbrook).
