Announcing Build Matrix

Buildkite has introduced a new feature called Build Matrix, which allows users to create multiple jobs from a single, multi-variant step definition. This update aims to reduce boilerplate and duplication in complex, repetitive pipelines, thereby saving time spent on managing multiple separate pipelines and builds. The Build Matrix expands a single step into multiple steps by replacing the {{matrix}} variable with each value provided in the matrix array. Additionally, power user features such as adding multiple dimensions to matrix.setup, using adjustments key for defining all elements in the matrix, and grouping matrix jobs are available. The Build Matrix is now accessible to every Buildkite customer, with more information available in the documentation.
