The Toll-Free Aggregator has introduced new verification requirements for Toll-Free numbers, which took effect on September 30th, 2022. These changes include three classes of service - Verified, Pending Verification, and Restricted - with varying messaging limits and filtering levels. Businesses are encouraged to verify their Toll-Free numbers to ensure compliance with these new requirements. The verification process can take up to five to six weeks, and businesses must provide a link to their company's terms and conditions and privacy policy during the application process.
