I co-founded the AI company that joined Algolia — here is the story

In October 2020, MorphL co-founders Alexandra Anghel and Ciprian Borodescu were preparing to sign a term sheet from an investor when they noticed that the CTO and VP of Engineering of Algolia had signed up for their product. They decided to reach out directly, leading to conversations about joining forces. In January 2021, MorphL joined Algolia. The companies share similarities in their approach to AI and plan to build a user behavior graph of the world that fits with the privacy-first mode. Their goal is to make AI transparent, accessible, and easy to use for developers, marketers, and product managers.
