These new apps offer various features such as productivity tools, employee engagement solutions, lead generation platforms, automated follow-up systems, payment platforms, document automation tools, messaging chatbots, customer experience platforms, support and operations tools, and people management platforms. Additionally, Zapier has also updated its existing integrations with features like the ability to create projects from templates, duplicate tasks, retrieve recent messages in conversations, trigger workflows based on affiliate status changes, and add secondary groups to members in Invision Community.
