You can share your Google Calendar with others outside of your organization by going to calendar.google.com, hovering over the calendar you want to share, clicking the Options icon, selecting Settings and sharing, adding people or groups, changing recipients' viewing permissions, and sending the invitation. You can also turn off calendar sharing at any point by following a similar process to hide a shared calendar from others. To view a shared Google Calendar, open the email notification, click Add this calendar, and confirm you want to add it. Additionally, you can use Zapier to automate tasks with Google Calendar by connecting it to other apps like Slack or Trello.
