I recently hit a rut in my personal wellness routine, but after talking to my therapist, I started taking small steps towards feeling like myself again. Exercise was crucial in helping me get out of this slump; even just a short walk can make a difference. Connecting with others through conversation or apps can also help break the cycle of burnout and ruts. Practicing mindfulness through meditation or simply focusing on my breath can be beneficial, and indulging in nostalgic activities that bring me joy can provide comfort during difficult times. By taking small steps towards self-care and being kind to myself, I've been able to regain my optimism and find solace in the possibility of creating a life I want for myself.
