I then set up a Zapier workflow that automates the process of sending emails to these prospects using Hunter to find their email addresses, verifying them with NeverBounce, and creating contacts in HubSpot for our email service provider. This streamlined process allowed me to reach out to multiple experts at once, gather valuable advice, and create a successful roundup post that boosted brand awareness, brought in referral traffic, and established trust between the creator and readers.
