This collaboration provides a scalable and reliable solution for Microsoft Teams customers worldwide, offering on-demand provisioning, unmatched reliability, and low calling rates in up to 100 countries. The solution is made possible by AudioCodes Mediant SBCs, which simplify deployments, facilitate cloud migrations, and optimize quality of service, while also providing features such as multi-tenant support and compatibility with Microsoft Teams' Local Media Optimization feature. Twilio's Elastic SIP Trunking services complement the joint solution, offering global coverage, low costs, on-demand provisioning, flexibility and control, and simplified operations.
