Twilio has launched a new program called Flex Boost to provide up to $100,000 in free Active User Hours to organizations impacted by or responding to COVID-19. To support this initiative, Twilio has partnered with Calabrio to offer quality management and workforce management solutions to contact centers affected by the pandemic. These solutions are designed to help contact center operators manage remote agents and make data-driven decisions. The program is available to any organization eligible for Flex Boost and includes discounted implementation packages and free seats for several months.
