Customers can purchase services from Twilio Professional Services and Consulting Partners as Build Lightning Packages, which cover common use cases and can be tailored to their exact needs, such as Pilot, Quickstart, Launch, Assurance, Deliverability, Healthcheck, or email deliverability services like SendGrid's Deliverability Package. This update aims to level the playing field for organizations without developers available to build customer engagement solutions.
