Twilio is announcing updates to its 2021 Build Partner Program, a program that helps partners grow their customer engagement business with Twilio. The Consulting Partner Program has new tiers and benefits to enable growth, including a new Registered tier for easy entry. Certification and revenue requirements have been expanded, with a new sales certification offering and revenue requirement of $20,000 for the Bronze tier. The Technology Partner Program is also being updated, with invite-only benefits for select partners who make a significant investment in the Twilio platform, including joint account mapping, lead generation campaigns, and collaboration with Twilio's Foundry Program. Partners have until June to meet new certification requirements, and can learn more about the program by logging in or signing up.
