We broke sign-ups and learned about the issue through a Sentry alert that notified us of a drop in sign-ups. This incident led to an improved incident response process, with new features such as Alert Details and Alert List added to Sentry to make it easier for users to identify and resolve issues quickly. The new Alert Details view provides more context and information, while the Alert List shows the status of all alerts and allows users to filter by name, making it easier to prioritize and address critical alerts. Additionally, the alert wizard has been refreshed to make it easier to set effective alerts that improve signal-to-noise ratio.
