The number of searches for these APIs has increased significantly since March, coinciding with an increase in organic traffic to RapidAPI, which offers a platform for developers to access and use these APIs. Several free COVID-19 APIs are available on RapidAPI, including ones providing coronavirus statistics, monitor data, and insights quotient data, all of which are completely free to use. Developers have created various projects using these APIs, such as dashboards, trackers, maps, and visualizations, to help track and understand the pandemic. These projects demonstrate the proactive response of the developer community in addressing this global health crisis.
