This text highlights the limitations of existing Intellectual Property (IP) asset management solutions, which often require manual effort to identify connections and dependencies between IP assets. It proposes using a database that automates this process at scale and in real-time to enhance IP asset insight quality. The proposed system would provide a holistic view of these connections and dependencies, simplifying and enhancing IP management by providing better filing strategies, licensing terms, infringement detection, and litigation support. The Neo4j graph database is used to automatically connect and visualize IP assets with other relevant areas, providing intuitive and easily understandable information that can complement existing IP Asset Management systems.
