Atlas Search Nodes, a highly scalable dedicated architecture for search workloads, is now available on Google Cloud. This feature allows developers to have greater control over their search workloads and improve performance and availability by isolating and optimizing computing resources. With the introduction of Search Nodes, developers can scale search workloads without overprovisioning databases, maintaining flexibility while ensuring synchronization between search cluster data and operational data. This results in reduced query times, resolved resource contention or downtime issues, and decreased time spent recovering from sync failure events.
