Kapacitor and Kapacitor Enterprise have released version 1.5.5, which includes updates such as improved security by switching from MD5 to SHA-256 for package validation, and enhanced logging of errors when communicating with Kafka. The binaries are available on the InfluxDB downloads page for open source users, and through the InfluxDB Enterprise portal for Enterprise customers.
