Introducing Organizations, Projects, and Project Throughput
Hookdeck has become a platform used across multiple use cases, projects, and environments for companies large and small. To address the need for flexibility in managing configuration, billing, and access control, Hookdeck is releasing Organizations and Projects to help logically structure environments and use cases. These new features allow users to segment their configuration by use case, environment, or SDLC, enabling more efficient management of resources and projects. With the introduction of Private and public projects, users can now choose to make their projects visible to all organization members or only to explicitly added members. Additionally, Project Throughput has been introduced, allowing users to manage their projects' throughput independently of their organization plan, with pre-configure sizes offering a range of events per second. The migration process has been completed, and existing workspaces have been migrated to the new Organizations and Projects model, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
