The Esper API Support Tool (EAST), a tool developed by the Esper Customer Success team, aims to provide easy access to advanced functionality built on Esper Cloud APIs. EAST is designed for customers who need to perform tasks that are not currently supported by the Console, such as obtaining device information from specific groups or devices, modifying device aliases and tags efficiently, toggling between kiosk and multi-app modes, clearing app data across a group of devices, and cloning provisioning templates across different endpoints. With EAST, users can easily access these features through a user-friendly interface, which is now available on Windows and Mac OS platforms, and can be extended by customers themselves using the source code.
