With over 25 customers, including Hyatt hotels and CVS pharmacies, Esper's software helps clients with development, deployment, and maintenance of devices used across various industries. The company seeks to address the challenge of deploying, monitoring, and maintaining remote devices in the enterprise, which is currently lacking a system for easy development, updates, or detection of device malfunctions.
