Additionally, DigitalOcean has introduced faster, more frequent backups, as well as scalable storage options for managed databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL. The company has also expanded its object storage offerings to the Bangalore data center in India, providing high-performance storage for businesses in the region. Furthermore, DigitalOcean has introduced premium CPU-optimized droplets, which offer improved performance for network and computing-intensive workloads, as well as enhanced memory and storage options for basic premium droplets. The company is also expanding its managed databases offerings with powerful compute plans, and will soon introduce new premium droplet variants, including general-purpose droplets.
