The Dagger Commanders program aims to recognize and reward individuals who significantly contribute to the Dagger community, demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the technology and a commitment to its growth. The selected "Dagger Commanders" will represent Dagger in other communities, build bridges between the team and users, and lead by example within their own community. To become a Dagger Commander, one must be highly knowledgeable about Dagger, actively produce technical content, participate in public forums, and demonstrate leadership qualities. The program offers perks such as special swag, visibility, and recognition, as well as opportunities to collaborate with other experts and provide early feedback on releases. Commanders are selected for 12-month rotations and are expected to adhere to the community's code of conduct.
