On March 30, 2018, Cloudflare opened its 149th data center in Bogotá, Colombia, making it the third highest capital city globally and the 29th city added by Cloudflare in March alone. This marks the company's 11th deployment in the Latin America and Caribbean Region, with the new facility located at a Tier III facility within the Bogota Free Trade Zone. The expansion aims to attract ICT investments and improve internet services for users in the region.
