Astronomer, a scalable platform for enterprise-scale big data integration, has secured $1.9 million in seed stage financing led by CincyTech with participation from AngelPad, 500 Startups, First Ascent, Connetic Ventures, Drummond Road Capital and CoreNetwork. The company's cloud-based platform enables organizations to securely connect any data source to any database or data warehouse in real time, helping them gain valuable insights and leverage advanced business intelligence. Astronomer was founded by veteran technology entrepreneurs and is a graduate of AngelPad, San Francisco-based seed stage accelerator ranked the #1 US accelerator by MIT. The investment will allow Astronomer to continue expanding its platform and recruit top data scientist and engineering talent.
