Custom schema checks enable organizations to integrate their own business logic and governance rules into Apollo's existing schema check workflow, ensuring that every schema change adheres to company-specific standards. Local workflow enhancements include improved Rover command-line interface for GraphOS with parallel and asynchronous execution of commands, subgraph mirroring, and support for Apollo Connectors. Additionally, the Apollo Router has received performance and stability improvements through a new native query planner, entity caching with invalidation API, and demand control features. The platform also includes clearer policy for Router versioning and support.
