The recent hackathon focused on demonstrating the benefits of realtime collaboration using Ably's capabilities, including its new Spaces product. Participants were judged based on the usefulness of their application, use of Ably collaboration features, and overall functionality. Winners included SharedOS, a realtime collaborative workspace; Plan it, a collaborative project management tool; and Ionic, a collaborative science experiment platform. These projects showcase the potential of Ably's technology in various applications and inspire others to build their own projects using Ably's offerings.
