What I Built: Ifat Ribon’s COVID-friendly scheduling and communications app

Ifat Ribon created a scheduling and communications app called Olympus to help colleges and universities manage their janitorial staff during the COVID pandemic, which allowed for mass text messages and a messaging feature to keep tabs on employee well-being. As a senior software developer at Launchpad, she chases her dreams with an agile approach, emphasizing simplicity in apps and clean thinking. Ribon's app has increased employee engagement by taking conversational feedback from employees, recording their experiences, and thanking them for their work.
