Moveworks: Supporting an enterprise-grade conversational AI platform at scale with Superblocks

Moveworks is a conversational AI platform that uses advanced language models to resolve employees' support issues end-to-end through simple conversations with chatbots. The Enterprise Answers skill enables users to search information across various applications and systems from one place. However, challenges arise in understanding the growing web of resources and troubleshooting customer issues. Moveworks built a Resource Viewer Application using Superblocks, which provides an interface for Customer Success and Support teams to quickly understand all resources for a customer, compare resource versions, and identify root causes of unexpected changes. This has significantly reduced support ticket resolution time and increased customer satisfaction scores.
