Gitpod has introduced instant developer environments for all Bitbucket projects. By typing "gitpod.io/#" in front of any Bitbucket repository URL, users can get a fully prebuilt and ready-to-code dev environment within seconds. The integration works similarly to GitLab and GitHub. Additionally, Gitpod supports various types of Bitbucket URLs such as opening file URLs, branches, issues, and pull requests. Dev environments are based on containers which can be configured through a custom Dockerfile or by specifying tasks in a .gitpod.yml file.
