Fivetran 2019 Company Retreat: Gateway Canyons, Colorado

The second annual company dude ranch trip at Fivetran involved a variety of adventurous activities such as horseback riding, cowboy lessons, hiking, and clay pigeon shooting. These activities allowed employees from different offices to bond and connect with each other. In addition to the recreational activities, there were also interactive workshops on Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership, and a survival competition. The trip also included team dinners and presentations where company updates, new product releases, and future goals were discussed. Fivetran is growing rapidly and maintains its core values while fostering an inclusive work environment through the launch of its first Employee Resource Group called Fivetran Women.
