DigitalOcean Kubernetes Control Plane General Availability (GA), now with a 99.95% SLA
DigitalOcean has introduced new High Availability (HA) capabilities to its Kubernetes service, providing a 99.95% Service Level Agreement (SLA). The HA control plane runs three replicas of the control plane for better performance and uptime. Additionally, all users can enjoy an enhanced control plane at no cost. DigitalOcean has also made several improvements to its control plane, including faster cluster creation and recovery, increased resiliency and stability, dynamic CPU allocation, and quicker access to new features and updates. The HA feature is available for $40/month, but existing clusters are not supported.
