Metabuddy is an AI language learning tutor that provides hyper-personalized experiences for its users. However, the team faced issues when their chatbot forgot user information, leading to a less personalized experience. To address this problem, they leveraged Align AI's analysis capabilities by integrating their data source with the Align AI dashboard via SDK documents. Using Align AI's insight feature, they identified sub-cases where Metabuddy was forgetting users and made product improvements to reduce such instances by 93%.
