They initially moved from Slack to a searchable forum but found that many users still preferred Slack interaction. As a result, they have made several updates: renaming #airbyte-for-beginners to #airbyte-help and ensuring all questions are answered; consolidating advice channels into #airbyte-help for better community support; creating an Office Hours thread for specific Q&A sessions; improving support for #airbyte-cloud; and closing outdated or event-dependent channels. They also plan to continue listening to feedback from the community to improve their strategies further.
