How to tap into Google's incredible new image-voice search system

What's this blog post about?

Google's new image-voice search system allows users to point their camera at an object or scene and ask questions about it by talking. The system, connected to Google Lens, has been rolling out to Android devices worldwide this fall and is also available on iPhones with the latest version of the iOS Chrome app. Users can ask questions such as "What are the reviews like for this book?" or "How many calories does this food contain?" The system uses AI to analyze the image and provide answers, which may not be infallible but are often surprisingly spot on. To use the system, users open Google Lens, point their camera at an object, press and hold the search icon, speak aloud, and let go when finished.
