RCS Business Messaging is Now GA in the Vonage Messages API
RCS Messaging is now Generally Available (GA) in the Vonage Messages API, expanding geographical coverage to include the UK and 10+ other countries beyond its initial German beta launch. RCS messaging offers richer customer experiences through features like Suggested Replies, Rich Cards, and Suggested Actions, which can lead to improved conversion rates.
