Missed Trailblazer DX? Catch up on our Salesforce + Vonage Mini-Hack

The Vonage Developer Experience team showcased innovations and trends in its customer relationship management (CRM) product, Salesforce, at TrailblazerDX 2024. The mini-hack area allowed attendees to complete a hack using Salesforce and Vonage Conversations for Salesforce, which enables turning Salesforce into a personalized engagement tool and allows for seamless blending of bots and agents.
