Twilio has announced a series of updates at its SIGNAL conference aimed at improving business messaging capabilities. The company revealed Twilio MessagingX, a platform designed for the next decade of business messaging, and added new features to enhance messaging in a trusted ecosystem. These include simplified onboarding through the Twilio Trust Hub, advanced throughput management, granular reporting within Messaging Insights, and support for emerging rich messaging app channels like WhatsApp Business API and Google Business Messages. The company also introduced the Twilio Content API to create consistent rich messaging experiences across channels.
