Voice calling is now available in Twilio Frontline
Twilio has announced that voice calling is now available in its Frontline application, during its Public Beta phase. This feature allows teams to easily enable and access voice capabilities within their Frontline applications on iOS or Android devices. The addition of voice calling aims to address the challenges faced by enterprises in maintaining contextualized personal relationships with customers across various verticals such as retail, finance, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences. With this new feature, sales and relationship managers can now make calls directly from the Twilio Frontline app, with call metadata automatically logged in their CRM for easy access to conversation history. The integration of voice calling is expected to improve user experience and boost sales productivity while ensuring secure communication channels and customizable compliance workflows.
