Twilio has announced the honorees of its AI Startup Searchlight 2.0 competition at SIGNAL London 2024. The contest attracted over 500 startups from around the globe, with the top 16 being recognized for their innovative work in customer engagement through emerging technologies and Twilio integrations. These companies include curaJOY, Elythea, Appella AI, Alpharun, 11x, Althea Health Inc, Symbl.ai, Storii, Fiado App, Paradox, Goodcall AI Inc, GAIL, Elaitra AI, meiti GmbH, Spoke Phone, and Frame AI. Twilio's products like SMS Messaging, Voice, IVR, SIP Trunking, WhatsApp, and Segment are being utilized by these startups to enhance their services and improve customer engagement.
